What the figures mean

1,500 founding interviews
1,674 measured on the Integration Index: Businesses measured on the Integration Index since it opened, by interview or by questionnaire. This is the only denominator any share on this site carries.
3,174 in total: The two added together. It is a count of people who have taken part, never a base for a percentage.
Shares: Recomputed from the live Index, and held at the Edition 1 published ranges until the live index passes 50 responses. Findings are cross-referenced against published research from other organisations, including Stanford, McKinsey and BCG, where comparable figures exist.

Who runs this

The Big AI Secret is an ongoing research programme, funded and run by Maybe*. Interviews are conducted by AI Analysts, who are credited by name in the Guides they contribute to. The method is published in full on the Method page, every figure carries its source line, and quotes are anonymised before they appear.
