Index

The Integration Index score out of 100, built from the six dimensions of the method. A score of 0 is a real result, not a missing one. It means the business answered at the lowest level on all six dimensions: no AI in regular use, nothing measured, no rules in place. Every row here has been scored, so a business with nothing in place yet sits at the bottom of the scale rather than being left out.

Stage

The band that score falls into, shown as a ladder of four marks. One mark filled isExplorer, 0 to 29, trying tools with little measurement of impact. Two is Implementer, 30 to 59, AI working in a few places. Three is Integrator, 60 to 79, AI built into how work runs. Four is Transformer, 80 to 100, AI as a core business lever. The darker and fuller the marks, the further along the business is.
